We don’t just provide training at BlueVenn, because we recognise users are based in various locations and learn in different ways.

We provide flexible options to get users up to speed, and beyond deployment of your solution there is an ongoing program of coaching sessions available through our Customer Success Managers.

Our training options include:

  • Instructor-led training – hands on classroom training to allow users to explore the functionality of the software in a controlled environment (at our offices or yours)
  • Instructor-led online training - live online training held using GoToTraining software for advanced screen sharing, questions and collaboration
  • Video based online learning – hosted in our learning management system (LMS) for access at anytime

Certification Program

Our Certification is a mixture of training resources, classes and assessments to enable BlueVenn software users to obtain certification in various aspects of the software.

Achieving certification ensures users get the very most out of the BlueVenn Customer Data Platform and multi-channel marketing capabilities and is an excellent pathway for Super Users and Admin Users to better their knowledge.

User Coaching

Dedicated sessions to focus on core topics, objectives and outcomes within the customers own solution, delivered online or in small, face-to-face groups.

These export-led sessions are invaluable for learning new features, mastering best practices and ensuring consistent improvement in the use of BlueVenn Solutions.

Help & Support

We're on hand to support you every step of the way. Every BlueVenn user gets access to our Online Help Centre which contains FAQs, tutorials, functional help articles and video content.

Of course our dedicated Support team are available at the end of the ‘phone or email during working hours.
