To Our Valued Clients and Suppliers

BlueVenn is closely monitoring the evolving circumstances related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). A dedicated task force has been created and meets daily to review the most current guidance from the Center’s for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and state and local authorities. Based on up-to-date guidance we are making proactive adjustments to our preparedness and response plan.  

To ensure that you are aware of our business continuity efforts, and comfortable with our commitments to provide the service and support you depend on daily, we will provide ongoing updates as necessary.

BlueVenn Employee Wellbeing

We have established a company-wide reporting process to identify any employee with emerging symptoms that are consistent with the flu or Coronavirus, and protocols are in place to take immediate actions to reduce exposure to other associates. All business travel has been postponed and any personal travel of our associates is being monitored. We will impose a Government recommended self-quarantine for those returning from locations of concern.

BlueVenn, like many enterprise level software businesses, has been strategically focused on technological and digital reinvention. By leveraging secure digital technologies, many of our employees work on a remote basis every day and many more periodically work remotely. 100% of our employees are fully prepared and able to work remotely. This is an action we have now decided to take, and is to be reviewed on March 27, 2020.

Datacenter and Support    

We maintain a network of fully secure , strategically located datacentres to provide uninterrupted services during natural disasters and incidents like the Coronavirus outbreak. The BlueVenn teams that you depend on for support, also leverage digital tools to analyze and resolve issues on a remote basis. For these reasons, we expect no interruption in service.

Business Continuity 

While the actual impact of the evolving Coronavirus is unpredictable at this time, we have proactively reviewed our business continuity plans and do not anticipate any scenario that would impede our ability to meet our business continuity obligations.

Scheduled Implementations/Projects  

We currently do not anticipate any impact on scheduled projects and implementations of BlueVenn solutions. If you find it necessary to make schedule changes, please contact your conversion or implementation manager.  

Partnerships and other Third-Party Suppliers 

Some BlueVenn solutions are dependent on specific components provided by business partners. We are actively working with our key business partners to ensure they are proactively updating their business continuity plans as the Coronavirus situation, and its possible impact, evolve.  

Client Business Continuity Plan Reviews   

We strongly encourage our diverse clients to carefully evaluate their business continuity plans based on the potential and unique impact of the Coronavirus.
