    Having established BlueVenn in 2013, the organization now boasts a portfolio of 400 clients worldwide.

    Neil, an ACCA qualified Chief Financial Officer, brings with him over 25 years' of experience growing and restructuring forward-thinking marketing technology organizations across the US and UK.

    Neil’s background includes CFO at smartFOCUS, and is currently focused on the expansion of BlueVenn across the US.

    Mark is the driving force behind the technology at BlueVenn and oversees the Research & Development team to consistently bring out new and innovative marketing technology.

    Managing R&D, Professional Services and database services within the business across the US and UK, Mark is the brains behind many of the BlueVenn's latest products.

    Iain has 30 years’ experience at the forefront of the database and analytics market, having founded BlueVenn’s sister company Blue Sheep in 1986. He continues to bring invaluable foresight to the business, drawing on his knowledge of CMO challenges, customer insight tools and data aggregation.

    Iain actively contributes to the direct marketing industry, currently holding a position on the executive board for the Direct Commerce Association (DCA). Iain also held a position as the Chair of IDM Data Council in the UK for nearly six years, and board member of the DMA. Iain is also Visiting Professor at the University of the West of England in Bristol, UK.

    Shaun has extensive experience working in the database, customer analytics and marketing technology industry, having joined the company as an Account Executive in 2002. 

    Shaun’s rise from Account Executive to Vice President is testament to BlueVenn's policy of staff development and he is now responsible for retention and growth of existing clients in the UK and Europe.

    Jim runs a team of consultants at BlueVenn and works closely with clients to help them deliver a step change in their marketing capability and performance. 

    Having held consultancy roles since 1999, including senior positions at Alterian and smartFOCUS, Jim has vast experience in the marketing automation, customer data analytics, database, and marketing technology industries.

    Chris is the leader of the BlueVenn technology Roadmap and responsible for the vision of the product. Having worked in the customer analytics and marketing automation space since it's dawn he is well placed to understand the evolution of the 'MarTech' industry.

    His career began with the Royal Air Force before joining Alterian in 1998. He has since held senior technical roles at Logica, Microsoft, Portrait Software and Pitney Bowes, before moving to Merkle|dbg as Operations Director.

    Jarrod has over 20 years' experience developing customer data platform solutions for clients across Europe, and is the product owner for BlueVenn UNIFY.

    He has led the on-going development of our leading-edge highly flexible & automated customer data platform and brings with him a dedication to delivering both customer and technology excellence.  His approach is pragmatic, flexible and focused on delivering highly automated real time marketing solutions to meet customer needs.

    Having worked in database marketing throughout his career, including 5 years in a senior sales role at BlueVenn, Ben is now President of the company’s US division. He is responsible for leading the company’s US business growth and strategy with a focus on fostering relationships with strategic partners and clients alike.

    Ben is passionate about how brands can better engage with their customers through the use of BlueVenn’s CDP and Multi-Channel Marketing Hub.

    Lisa is responsible for the growth of new customers across UK and Europe, helping brands to improve their database marketing capabilities through the successful implementation of the  BlueVenn Customer Data Platform and Omnichannel Marketing Hub.

    Lisa has a deep understanding of data and technology to help marketers improve the profitability, visibility and effectiveness of their online and offline marketing initiatives.

    Anthony is responsible for the marketing and business development strategy at BlueVenn and has a 15 year career in the technology industry.

    Significantly, Anthony was one of the project team to bring the BlueVenn Engage and Unify products to market, and oversees the marketing and business development teams across UK and US, managing all events, content marketing, sales development and CRM functions.

    Kirsten manages the US team charged with retention and expansion of the revenue for both software and service clients.

    Focused on customer adoption and ROI, Kirsten has helped transition some of BlueVenn's largest and complex customer solutions deploying the training and support resources required for success.

    In addition, Kirsten is Co-Chair of the R&D Committee at the LMA, an organization serving many of our US media brands.

    Kevin is our Vice President, Implementation, and is therefore responsible for the implementation of both new client solutions and changes to existing client solutions.

    Having joined BlueVenn in 1999, Kevin has over 21 years’ experience in all aspects of implementation, covering requirements gathering, design, configuration and validation. He has a BSc in Computer Science.

    Perry’s expertise lies in building multi-disciplinary teams to define vision and strategy, and re-engineer complex multisite businesses and deliver transformation and restructuring projects. An expert in KPI generation, Six Sigma/Lean and process, risk and trend analysis, Perry has a proven track record of delivering sustainable change to a wide range of organization’s, including Ford Motor Company, Mercedes Benz UK and several NHS Acute Trusts.

    A strategic leader with a proven ability to create shareholder and investor value and deliver effective change.

    Lizzie continues to both lead within and support the Global Accounts Team in the US & UK.

    Having trained with a FTSE 250 Business in London, Damion founded Barrington Young, a consultancy specializing in the provision of services to the software industry.

    As BlueVenn's HR Director, Damion brings 20 years of expertise working with the world's biggest brands, as well experience working for with smartFOCUS, Email Vision, Blue Sheep and BlueVenn.
