Andy leads our Customer Success operations across the business, this includes product education, user adoption and success program management for the team to ensure our customers reach their objectives for investing with BlueVenn.
Andy is a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute, carries over 18 years’ experience of working with users of marketing technology and has trained, coached and consulted with hundreds of businesses across the globe.
Dan originally joined BlueVenn’s sister company, BlueSheep, in 2014 as an Outsourced Services Consultant and then later moved to the BlueVenn’s Customer Success team.
Combining this experience with his BSc Hons in Marketing and Digital Multimedia and 10 years’ of client facing roles, Dan is able to provide a wealth of knowledge and appetite on how best to utilise the tools available to our clients.
Thom joined the BlueVenn team one year ago, and has a whopping 10 years’ experience in customer relationship roles.
He’s currently working with some of our biggest retail & insurance clients, helping to deliver tailored solutions to meet their specific business objectives and marketing strategies.
Kirsten manages all aspects of the US customer activity for BlueVenn and LEAP Media Solutions. Within her role she supports the implementation, adoption and ongoing use of our platform to enable customers achieve marketing objectives and ROI.
Kirsten has over 15 years’ experience in digital and traditional marketing strategy and consulting for the news media industry.
Steve has over 25 years’ experience in the database, customer analytics and marketing technology industry, having implemented large scale marketing solutions across the world. Steve’s career history includes co-founder of eWare Interactive, Sales Director of Alterian and European Managing Director of smartFOCUS.
Having established BlueVenn in 2013, the organization now boasts a portfolio of 400 clients worldwide.
Curt previously held a major leadership position with smartFOCUS and was instrumental in the global growth of the business. Since then, Curt has been working with several US startups, in the areas of social media, real-time customer engagement and analytics.
As President of BlueVenn's US operations, Curt is overseeing the expansion of BlueVenn across the US and heads the team managing BlueVenn's American clients.
Mark is the driving force behind the technology at BlueVenn and oversees the Research & Development team to consistently bring out new and innovative marketing technology.
Managing R&D, Professional Services and database services within the business across the US and UK, Mark is the brains behind many of the BlueVenn's latest products.
Iain has 30 years’ experience at the forefront of the database and analytics market, having founded BlueVenn’s sister company Blue Sheep in 1986. He continues to bring invaluable foresight to the business, drawing on his knowledge of CMO challenges, customer insight tools and data aggregation.
Iain actively contributes to the direct marketing industry, currently holding a position on the executive board for the Direct Commerce Association (DCA). Iain also held a position as the Chair of IDM Data Council in the UK for nearly six years, and board member of the DMA. Iain is also Visiting Professor at the University of the West of England in Bristol, UK.
Neil, an ACCA qualified Chief Financial Officer, brings with him over 25 years' of experience growing and restructuring forward-thinking marketing technology organizations across the US and UK.
Neil’s background includes CFO at smartFOCUS, and is currently focused on the expansion of BlueVenn across the US.
Shaun has extensive experience working in the database, customer analytics and marketing technology industry, having joined the company as an Account Executive in 2002.
Shaun’s rise from Account Executive to Vice President is testament to BlueVenn's policy of staff development and he is now responsible for retention and growth of existing clients in the UK and Europe.
Jim runs a team of consultants at BlueVenn and works closely with clients to help them deliver a step change in their marketing capability and performance.
Having held consultancy roles since 1999, including senior positions at Alterian and smartFOCUS, Jim has vast experience in the marketing automation, customer data analytics, database, and marketing technology industries.
Having worked in Client and Professional Services roles for database, analytics and marketing campaign management companies since 1994, Justin brings a huge amount of experience to BlueVenn.
In particular, his understanding of operational, commercial and client needs ensures that BlueVenn can create the perfect, tailored solution to meet your particular business objectives.

Having successfully managed new business for BlueVenn UK for 3 years, Ben is now heading up the North America Sales Division of BlueVenn.
Ben has worked in database marketing throughout his whole career and has consulted with many enterprise and SMB brands to deliver successful CDP and marketing automation projects.
Anthony is responsible for the marketing strategy at BlueVenn and has a 13 year career in the technology industry.
The marketing team understands the complex world that modern marketers face and, as such, they are able to ensure that BlueVenn aligns itself with the technology and data requirements of our clients.
Significantly, Anthony was one of the project team to bring the BlueVenn marketing platform to market and manages all events, content marketing, sales development and CRM functions.
Having trained with a FTSE 250 Business in London, Damion founded Barrington Young, a consultancy specializing in the provision of services to the software industry.
As BlueVenn's HR Director, Damion brings 20 years of expertise working with the world's biggest brands, as well experience working for with smartFOCUS, Email Vision, Blue Sheep and BlueVenn.
